Wall Heating and Air has served my family since I was a little girl. Thirty years later, my husband and I choose to use Wall H&A because they are quality people who perform quality service with honesty, integrity, and kindness. David came to repair our AC unit today on the hottest day since 2023 has started. He was on time and went above and beyond to explain our situation and resolve it before we all melted tonight. Wall HA is quick, responsive, and awesome. When you hire them, you hire “family” to take care of your systems.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. They have done it all for me, from install on new construction, to repair and maintenance of existing systems, to replacement. Once, in the middle of summer and a system went out. They provided portable cooling units, at no charge, to hold us over until the replacement could happen. Mike and Karen have built a great business over the years. Shout out to my techs, Kris and David, and Kim in the office. Honest, reliable, quality... great company.

Mr. David did a great job in communicating upon his arrival and I thanked him and the company for coming to help so late in the day on such short notice it meant a lot to my family. He looked very professional in his uniform for it being such a long hot day outside, you can tell this company really takes pride in their appearance. He did a great job explaining the issues my unit has and a cost effective solution to resolve the problem. He also gave me a maintenence plan he suggests in the future to help keep my units working smoothly during the hot summer months. Thanks again Mr. David!!

Kris diagnosed the problem, went right to work, and had my AC running, again in no time!! He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to talk to! He even went a step beyond, and repositioned my condensate line, to properly drain outside!

Today was my first service experience with Wall Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish I was very pleased. The company definitely is 100% into customer service. I received reminder text messages and an email to inform me of who would provide service. This message contained a picture of the technician.

Mr. Kris Frier serviced both air conditioning units at my home and replaced one thermostat. He was extremely personable and professional. I appreciated his clear explanation of the problems and how he would rectify them. He carefully outlined plans for me to consider going forward as my units are aging and will need to be replaced in the future. I had mega questions and Kris answered each one expertly. He was impressive and genuine and it was very apparent he loves his job!

I am extremely pleased Kris was the technician dispatched to my home. A special thanks to Karen who kept in contact with me until Kris came out to provide service.

Wall Heating and Air has been the absolute best for us. After moving into a home with 20+ year old heating/cooling systems, we have had Wall out multiple times for general maintenance and most recently for a full replacement of a system. Wall has been so helpful in assisting and explaining all of the details of any issues we encountered. I cannot recommend them enough!
