The service from this company is exceptional. In a world of poor customer service, Wall Heating and Air is so refreshing. They arrive on time and all the service techs that have been to my house have been very courteous and knowledgable. I have been using this company for 13 years now and I always find them to have the best service!! I would recommend them for a new installation or service of an existing HVAC.

Kris is very knowledgeable and thorough. Very professional and courteous. wall’s customer service was excellent with a previous day reminder call and a text message including a photo of the technician who was on his way for my appointment. It was my first time doing business with Wall and I am definitely planning to stay with Wall for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Wall heating and air has always done right by us. They've installed two systems for us and maintained them for over 20 years. I can't say enough good things about them.

I chose this company over other competing companies due to Kris’s extensive knowledge and outstanding demeanor and am so glad I went with them! They were extremely professional and covered the floorings as well as cleaned and vacuumed after which I greatly appreciated! Nowadays, it is extremely difficult to find trustworthy companies but I am beyond satisfied with my services thru this company!

Fan on compressor stopped. Capacitor was bad. Happened 6 pm Saturday. Called Wall and David made it out about 9pm and had it fixed in less 30 minutes. I have a service maintenance contract with Wall for several years and they have always been great.

I have used Wall's services for years and they have always been wonderful.
Today their tech, David, alerted me to a leak in my hot water heater, saving me a huge mess and expense.
Something I really love is how careful David and the other techs are to make sure they don't track in debris when they go in and out. Not a huge deal, but a sign of the respect they show their customers.
