David our tech serviced our ac unit while we were away. He made sure everything worked and locked up after he left. Kim was also great fitting us into the schedule. Great team!

This company has a great team. Our heat stopped working on Christmas Eve night, so I knew there was no way I could have anyone to come out soon. So I emailed the Wall hvac to my surprised I received a reply on Christmas Day from Karen. She informed me the earliest they can have a technician come was the day after Christmas. Kim called me Monday morning to confirm the appointment and technician Kris was at my home shortly after the call. Kris did a diagnostic, identified the problem, and fixed it. He explained in detail and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you guys!
