Kris checked out our ac unit, and presented options of what we could do to lower the temperature and humidity. After his excellent presentation we decided to go with the Ductless Heating & A/C. He arranged to have it installed the very next day, with Kim's help. We greatly appreciate the time and effort that was put in to accomplish this. We are extremely pleased with the service that Wall Heating and Air provided to us. We specifically want to acknowledge David Payne, the technician who came out to our home to evaluate the problem. David was very professional, polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. After conducting a diagnostic test of the system, he located a refrigerant leak in a line coming off the compressor. It was a difficult repair, but David was very conscientious and persistent in correcting the problem. I truly felt he just wanted the job to be done well and correctly, which I totally appreciated. He should be considered an asset to your company. We were also very impressed by how quickly David came to our assistance during a very difficult time.
