Brandon showed up to save the day. He was responsive, earlier than expected and was super professional. He diagnosed our issue and also asked us every step of the way if we had any questions. I hope we never need to use B Mays heating and air again, BUT if we do he will be the only person we call! Thank you for excellent service and getting our home cool again :)

My AC went out last night and I called Brandon the following morning. He was able to make it to me in 30min! He was able to diagnose and fix my issue which I had a bad compressor. Professional and on time. He really takes the time to educate you. Highly recommend, will definitely use him again in the future.

Brandon was prompt, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and corrected that problem quickly and even identified a code violation installation issue with a separate unit. He provided pictures of the violation so I will call that company (Reliable Heating/Air) for corrected action. I'm very pleased with him and his work. For anyone needing HVAV work, I recommend him highly.

From installation of my two A/C units (inside and outside units), to maintenance and service calls, I can always depend on them getting the job done right. Very professional and also easy to schedule and work with. Helped explain the issues thoroughly and took the time to make sure I understood everything. Still have some work to do on my unit but I trust we’ll get it taken care of.
