We replaced two gas furnaces. The first job went beautifully, just as Brandon promised. The second one was problematic in that the installers had many difficulties and the installation took twice as long as the first. Furthermore, I caught them putting in a grossly oversized drain pan. Brandon did not return my text about this problem nor did he come by to check the work as he had promised. So, at the end of the day, Mays Heating and Air Conditioning gets only three stars from me.

Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem and resolution. Kept me informed throughout the entire process. Will definitely refer him to friends and family.
