My A/C repair was completed within a 24hr period after appointment. I would use Ward A/C service again if needed and I would be glad to recommend his service to my family and friends

It took less than three hours from the time I called to the time my air-conditioner was repaired.

I paid a company called All in one Repair LLC to install what thought was a new hvac system. After the installation the system never worked correctly. After about a year of the company coming out to “fix it”every few months it broke, the company said they installed the wrong size and I’d have to pay for another new system. I called Ward and he was able to fix the problem they couldn’t solve in a year in one day (once the part arrived). The other company was trying to charge me $6000 for another new system and Ward fixed it for a fraction of that. Very thankful!

My entire unit went bad and Ward came out and removed my old one, installed a new one and has been performing maintenance for me ever since. Never had a problem communicating with him and answers all my questions in a timely fashion. If he does not answer due to work volume, he always returns my call or shoots a text. I wouldn’t go elsewhere for my HVAC needs. My family uses his services as well and we are thrilled to work with him.

We had a bad experience in 2015 with a new HVAC installation. Since then, we have used four companies, none of which were able to discern the reason for constant AC malfunctioning, even after replacing expensive parts!! I found Ward through a Nextdoor recommendation and he came the same day, repaired the system in one hour! He returned the next day to finish up other incorrect findings during his first visit. This young man "gets it" like no other technician did. He's very timely, works & responds quickly and I'm delighted to recommend him!
