Jack was a fantastic tech and I'm super glad that he was able to come out same day after our ac stopped working properly. He was able to come sooner than originally scheduled, very personable, and able to explain and diagnose issue quickly. It was something I had not thought of given the symptoms at the time.

We hopefully will not need them again in the immediate future but happily will use them again.

This company was by far the most responsive and reasonably priced service we have found. We had an entire A/C replacement and could not be happier. Every person we interacted with was nice and personable. When deciding our best course of action for replacement i felt like the genuinely had our best interest at heart. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Jack came out and replaced the coil in my attic for my ac/heat. This company is true to their word, I really like how you get a text from the company with the person's picture showing who will be knocking on your door, and Jack was so kind and answered every question I had, plus they let you know up front just how much your bill be when they are finished and they stand behind there work just a great Christian based company, this is my 2th time using them and they will be my go to company in the future. And I will be asking for Jack he is a really great guy. I give him 5 stars of his own.

Great follow up!! Jeremy did a quality inspection on my new system. He took the time to help me with some thermostat settings I wasn't sure about. He was very polite and answered all my questions. The One Hour guys are a great group and it's been a pleasant experience !! Thank you.

Jeremy was on time, courteous and professional. He quickly took care of our AC problem. In a short period of time, he removed the excess drain water from the system, and changed the filter and cleaned our AC system. Thank you for a job well done.
