God sent! No one was available to come out to my Airbnb property! I called over 10 companies and gave up. I had guests staying their first night and the AC blew out. How convenient right? Not believing anyone would call back, One Hour heating called and Justin came out in an hour. He was able to repair my AC and my guest were very satisfied. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. He came the day before and walked me through the entire install, what to expect during the install, how the unit was going to be installed. He addressed any and all concerns that I had.

I always use One Hour. I believe Jeremy has been my technician a couple of times. This time it I thought a plug was broken on my micropower guard filter… but it wasn’t. It was just taped. I felt soooo stupid but Jeremy was really nice about it. Still few bad for wasting his time.
