The evaporator coil belonging to our upstairs AC unit sprung a leak and our 23 year old unit has reached the end of its journey. Last winter our first floor furnace also experienced some issues and as a result we finally decided to replace both HVAC systems. We received five quotes from different HVAC companies. Our requirements was simple: 1st: We wanted to work with a company that could offer great service and professionalism. 2nd: We wanted a great product. Finally we wanted a fair price. Stay Cool met all requirements hands down. From the very first phone call we teamed up with Anthony T. who was knowledgeable about the products and service offer. After discussing our needs with Anthony we knew Stay Cool was the company of choice. He guided our decisions In selecting two new Amana Systems and as a result our family will be happy and cool this summer. Took our money for a "temporary repair while the work with the home warranty company" and both myself and the warranty company have been able to contact since. Total ripoff.

They installed two trane units and a mini split unit, they left trash in my attic some hidden under the insulation the split unit they installed leaks called and they never returned my call there's no service after installation, very poor work standards the wiring in the attic was done poorly, they do not return calls they use a answer service very bad company.

1 star because I had no choice. Terrible customer service and the worst craftsmanship of any plumber I’ve ever met. Would not recommend.
