Jonathan was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done right the first time. The office dispatcher was pleasant to work with as well. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Chose Aire Serve of Suwanee to replace my heat pump and have been very disappointed. It took 6 visits to get the unit to work in a marginal capacity and I don't believe that it is actually setup correctly to this day. worked with them to schedule someone from the manufacturer to come out and evaluate the unit but it has been 3 months and still no call or schedule for when this would actually happen. Very poor customer service and support for the ~$9k that I spent with them.
They will sell you something but not support it. Do not believe their no quibble guarantee or their satisfaction guarantee - they don't stand behind it at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had a very positive & pleasant first-time experience using Stay Cool. Not only was I able to schedule them for same day service after another company dropped the ball, I was also able to have the issue fixed same day too! Douglas was the tech that serviced my two HVAC units and he did a great job in 3 ways: 1st - he checked everything out quickly, 2nd - he gave me a couple different options and thoroughly explained the trade offs of both, & 3rd - he actually solved my problem. I’d definitely recommend them to others.
