Mike absolutely rules! We thought we were going to have to replace the entire system, but through his extensive knowledge, Mike was able to diagnose and put a much more affordable fix in place to get us back in the cool! Can't thank Mike enough for helping us and suffering with our bushes poking him the whole time while he was working.

Professional, timely, and efficient. I needed my ducts cleaned in a rental home. It was easy to schedule online and received confirmation messages and reminder calls. They had someone with slightly earlier availability than my original appointment, so they called to see if I was interested in getting started a little earlier and was happy to hear I might get a jump start on the day. Sylvester was our technician and he did a fantastic job. He did a thorough walk through and checked in frequently to let me know what he was seeing and what he was doing about it. I highly recommend this professional company with skilled employees.

Daniel and Matty did an excellent job!! Daniel was very professional and installed everything well. There was only one problem. he opened a collar on a pipe running to the heat pump and about 10 gallons of water spilled out. We don't the extent of the damage. Hopefully its not bad, but we withheld 10% off of the total of the job to hopefully ensure they will fix any issues. The company has been great. They had no problems with any of our concerns. There saying they will send a person to fix the damages. I think anyone could have made that mistake. So all in all they did a great Job!!!!!!!!!!!

Rarely do I leave reviews. However when someone ticks all the boxes I feel compelled. Jeremy was knowledgeable and polite. I was not treated like just another customer. This was a big deal for me and he kindly and quickly identified what he believed to be my problem. Once that was verified he fine tuned my system and made a small adjustment to make it easier for me to service my filter. Thanks Jeremy. Kennon got a new customer today. Kennon opened early & by 7:30am called to schedule a tech to find out why our AC stopped working during the night. Andrew arrived by 9:30am & assessed that it was not the AC with the problem, but that the furnace had gone out & needed to be replaced. Andrew was kind, personable, & professional. He contacted the office & arranged for someone to come out within the hour to give us a furnace replacement estimate. Andrew went above & beyond in trouble shooting the problem & explaining everything in layman's terms. Will definitely request Andrew by name for future HVAC service requests.

I reached out to Kennon Heating and Air Conditioning and they were able to have someone at my house the same day. The technician, Jeremy was very polite and explained why the unit no longer worked and what I need to fix it. I highly recommend Kennon Heating and Air Conditioning and Jeremy! Angelo Murray was my tech on the last visit from Kennon. He performed a maintenance on my AC unit. He was on time, and very professional. He carefully explained some recommended work, and emailed all current and potential invoices on the spot. I would recommend Kennon to friends and family.

Good job by Caleb and Scott. I feel for changing a $20-30 capacitor, $373 charge was too high. I wish they should have charge me appropriately.
