I have used Hansard HVAC for several years now and have been pleased with their service and quick response. From install to maintenance and have always been pleased.

We were excited to use Hansard for regularly scheduled HVAC maintenance, and unfortunately that will not be happening. Our AC was working perfectly until they came out to change the air filters. Immediately upon them leaving, our AC stopped working. We called today to have them come look at it. I assumed something just hadn’t been switched back on. Turns out we conveniently needed a very expensive repair to our AC unit. I am confident that this issue was caused by their service, and they still charged us for it. They also charged us to install a thermostat component that they installed incorrectly, and refused to fix/refund that. Save yourself from being taken advantage of this company.

Hansard Heating & Cooling (Tim) is very dependable and very fair with his pricing. I have recommended Tim and his company several times and those customers have praised his name. Price the others, but I promise, Tim's company will be the one you go with.

We were referred to Hansard Heating and Cooling by a neighbor last year, and now use them exclusively for both our business and home needs. Tim and Angie are always very responsive, work around your schedule, provide great service, and are very price conscious. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tim is the best! I walked upstairs last evening to the thermostat showing 83! Tim came out the next morning and repaired a broken compressor with minimal cost. I have used his services for years and have never been disappointed.
