These guys are great. I had a company dinner at my house and the heat went out the day of the dinner. I called multiple HVAC companies to see if they could come out and fix the problem. No company could make it fast enough so I was very nervous. I called Stay Cool HVAC and explained the problem they arrived at my house within 2 hours and fixed the problem. The guys were very nice and professional. The company dinner was a success thanks to Stay Cool HVAC. I will only do business with these guys and would definitely recommend them.

These guys are the best. They install my furnace and the outside a/c thing. Everything has been fine they had great customer service. They always answer the phone and don't mind come checking out and the prices are reasonable. And have payment plans. Great company

This company has A+ Service. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed my unit with no hang ups. I know who to call the next time i have a issue. Highly recommend them if you need a repair or a brand new unit.

Had an appointment between 11 & 2. The tech called at 2:45 to tell me he was 30 mins away and even received a text that he was on the way. He never showed up. I called 3 different times (2 during normal business hours and 1 after hours) and was told someone would call me back about the tech not being there. No one ever called me back. Will never recommend this company.

I really appreciate their care policies regarding Covid, and the fact that a text is a sent pre-appointment that gives me the name and accurate photo of my technician. Not to mention the actual workmanship and professionalism were spot on!

My office called Stay Cool in Roswell when our AC went out in August. They were to forward an invoice via email, which I never received. Last night after business hours I received a threatening message from Roma, Murphy, & Horowitz stating they were a collection agency. I returned their call after reading that they have a class action suit against them for harassment. I verified with Mr. Roma that the mailing address that was used was incomplete, I have not received any calls until not, nor have I received any email regarding the matter. Mr. Roma proceeded to yell and speak over me when I asked him to please have Stay Cool (their client) send me the invoice by fax or mail, using our complete mailing address. He refused and continued to threaten me, individually. Needless to say, I hung up on him. I then called Anthony at Stay Cool to confirm they hired Roma, Murphy, and Horowitz and settle payment. He did confirm that they use them for collections but was away from the office and said he will call me back. We are a national financial institution and we pay our bills. Stay Cool management failed to deliver an invoice in order for us to submit to our home office for payment. Time spent on this took up more time than it should, had they gone about collecting payment in a more business like way. Once they do, it will be paid in full and we will NEVER hire or refer them again. The only reason I gave them even one star is because Google won't allow anyone to POST without giving some kind of rating. Unprofessional, lacking due diligence, and EXTREMELY offensive is my rating.

The technician came and did a quick overview of the system, looking at my HVAC and verifying any issues there, before moving up the AC unit outdoors. Very professional and knowledgeable.
