Honest company and their technicians. I called them to get a second opinion for this very reason another company who is highly rated not as high as Comfort Atlanta but close, that company lied completely and tried to sell me a service I didn’t need and tried to get me to buy a new system all I needed was a new filter!! Thank you Comfort & Demetrio for being honest and saving us thousands of dollars.

Everyone was punctual, clear with communication, gave great service and was able to get the job done of that what was needed. Excellent company! Super service, timely, professional, reasonably priced. We used them to baby along our old hvac systems until they just weren't repairable any more. Then we had them install new systems last year and have been thrilled with the new systems efficiency. Now we use Comfort Atlanta for preventative maintenance every spring and fall. Our latest visit from Demetrio was excellent as always. He really knows his stuff! I would enthusiastically recommend the company to anyone who needs an HVAC professional.

I used comfort HVAC ATL and they were excellent!! John helped us a lot with all the stuff we wanted to add and he worked with our budget. I was offered an hvac & furnace at lower cost by another company but we decided to go with comfort because we felt that they offer much more at a really fair price. We also feel very at peace knowing that they can service our units forever as they are the ones who installed it for us and they will know their products. Very professional everyone that came to work in our installation. Ive also used them for repairs in the past so they were def. my #1 choice when it came to replacing our units.

Technician was prompt and on time. Courteous and friendly, and really good at his job. Made the repair in less than an hour. Reasonable cost. Would definitely use again.

Called them to check on the system they installed in January at 8 pm in the night. They scheduled someone to come in at 8 am in the morning next day and rectified the issue. No questions asked. Great prompt service. Highly recommended this business.

Last night was the first time we needed to use our new furnace that was installed a few months ago. At the time, it was very hot outside and we were mainly concerned with getting our new A/C units. But we needed the furnace last night and one of the units was not running. Called Comfort Atlanta this morning and got an appointment within a few hours. The technician came out and had it working within 30 minutes (a wire was not attached to one of the components). We really appreciate how quickly Comfort Atlanta responds to our calls.
