Outstanding company! If you are looking for a HVAC company based on excellent work and integrity, look no further. Michael and his crew do wonderful work, and charge a very fair price. We would never consider using another company after the great service we have received from them. They replaced our main level air conditioning unit about 3 weeks ago, and it is so efficient I have had to turn the temperature UP! It's refreshing to find a company you can trust.

Michael was very honest and compassionate. My AC had stopped running with 90+ degree temps and he offered to come out on a Sunday for no extra cost. He was able to diagnose and repair the minor issue within a few minutes and could’ve taken me for a lot of $$. Instead, he only charged the base rate for a normal house call!! Wow!!! I really appreciated is swift action and more so, his honesty and Integrity!!

When our AC broke, I got in touch with as many as 6 HVAC companies to get quotes. I am glad that US Air Contractors was one of them. Michael came over to give an estimate for the replacement. He was knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. He laid out all the options and helped me to choose the system that is suitable for my house without overselling. He even advised me against some of the higher priced options I was considering and explained why did not need them. His pricing was also very competitive. So, I decided to buy the system from them.

The installation team was also very good. They came on the said date, arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were professional and courteous. The installed the system in a few hours and left no traces of their work.

Overall I couldn't be happier with my choice and I highly recommend that you give them a try.

Michael was kind of enough to help me through replacing my thermostat after it broke. I tried to replace and install it myself but Michael was easily able to let me know what I was doing wrong. A day later, needed his help and he came over to the house to check it out. Due to his expertise and years of experience, it was a quick visit and the AC was back on in minutes.

If you have little to no experience with AC equipment (like me!), I highly recommend reaching out to Michael if you are in need. I sure will.

It is not very often that you find people that are NOT trying to take advantage of your AC situation. I have to say Michael came to my home and was an absolute professional, treated my family with kindness, respect and honesty. I had to run out for work and he worked with my wife to get our AC problem solved. He also called and kept me in the loop the entire time and talked my son through steps that he was taking to solve the problem. Michael is very knowledgeable and honest. I had an HVAC issue this weekend. Once left a message for service, Michael promptly responded with a text and a call. He made me check few basic things and actually resolved the issue over the phone itself. Someone could have taken the advantage of the situation, but Michael is very helpful and honest. He did not charge me anything. He will be my go to person for HVAC going forward.

US Air Contractors is hands down the best service company I've ever dealt with. They very quickly determined the issue with my furnace, acquired the parts, and replaced the faulty ones. Michael and his team came to our house in Kennesaw and got us back up and running! Their quick response and expert diagnosis was definitely worth the value. Michael took the time to explain everything they were doing and why.
