The removed and installed 2 new condensers and furnaces in less than 4 hours. All work was done super clean and with detail. I highly recommend Comfort Atlanta.

The whole experience was easy and pleasant for us. We were doing some research on HVAC maintenance, and did call a few places where our neighbors has recommended to do quality and price comparison, I decided to go with Comfort Atlanta Heating and Air. They scheduled someone to come out the next morning. I received a text saying that the technician name Andrew Schultz was en route about 20 min before the guy arrived, which I really appreciated knowing ahead of time. Andrew thoroughly inspected and checked everything. He noticed that one of the bolt came off our my attic staircase and he fixed it for us too. I have scheduled heating inspections with them at the fall and I trust that it will go as smoothly as well.

Our A/C went out last summer and they came out the same day to repair the unit! Our A/C went out on our main floor yesterday and they came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and had us up and running the very next day!

Excellent service. They come when they say and most importantly they are honest. We would have believed that we needed to replace the entire AC unit but they said it just needed a part and it is working great now for little money spent. This is the second time we have used them and we will definitely keep using them in the future. I can't imagine using anyone else.

John the owner is very responsive. His crew guy who showed up to two different rentals I own was very professional and took the time to explain to me what was needed, why, and how much it would be.
