Our technician John Rahmani was very professional. He got right to work and found out what was exactly causing our cooling problem. The dual run capacitor was not allowing the compressor to turn on. He went to his van, got a new one and installed it. Runs as good as new. He was very responsive and on time. He explained to us what other maintenance that needed to be done to the AC unit. John made our evening very comfortable for the rest of the night. It was around 84 degrees inside our home and everyone was hot and sweaty with our AC not working, Thanks John and Comfort Atlanta Heating and Air!!!

My A/C went out on July 4th around 7pm! I called and left a message, assuming no one would get back to me until Monday after the holiday weekend. However, the dispatcher called me back 20 minutes later, and scheduled a technician for Sunday morning at 9am (yes, Sunday). The service was quick and easy, reasonably priced, and the technician was talented and professional. They've earned my business for sure, and I'll be continuing to use them for all of my heating and cooling needs.

Jason was extremely professional and the quality of work was unmatched. The work was performed on a last minutes notice. They were able to complete the installation within a day of me reaching out and even did the installation on a Saturday. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

Anyone looking for AC repair or replacement should start here. I have been having AC issues and I decided to try a new company. I decided to give Comfort Atlanta a try. I did end up replacing my entire system and the entre process was exactly as promised. I was offered multiple options to choose from and after I decided what I wanted the installation was set up quickly. On install day the team showed up on time and the job was completed professionally and exactly as promised. It's been about a week and the system is working perfectly. I only work with people I trust, and so far, they have won my business.

Highly recommend them. Called when I discovered that my AC wasn't working. Was able to get on the schedule for the next day. Turned out the problem was due to rodents chewing on the wires. They quickly fixed everything and pushed the wires further up and hopefully away from hungry, clueless rodents. They could have overcharged me or come up with a list of problems - but they didn't. Fair pricing, thorough service, work that is above and beyond expectations.

Comfort HVAC was great. I just needed an assessment of my unit before selling my home as a realtor decided he was an expert and that the unit needed replacing. The guys from Comfort came out, checked out the unit inside and out and gave me an open an honest assessment that frankly didn't make them any money outside of the visit I asked for. That said, due to their professionalism they'll be the ones I call for any and all future work.

Outstanding work on replacing our 31 year old system that finally died! We were in the cold and they saved us. Their extremely professional and courteous representative, John, came out almost immediately after I placed the call and performed an estimate. He even worked with me after a couple of situations on my end arose that could have brought the install to a halt. Rather than leave my family and I in the cold they finished the job and worked with me. This is something that I am extremely grateful for and won't forget. Not to mention, the installation technicians were on time, professional, knew what they were there for and made it happen. Also, Comfort Atlanta's estimate compared to big name companies price was almost half 40% less and compared to other local HVAC contractors' estimates was inline, fair, and reasonable. It did not feel like we were being taken advantage of because of our predicament of being in the cold. Thank you guys for taking good care of us!

They are dependable. I am truly satisfied with their service. They gave me a good deal to get my home heating/cooling system serviced twice a year.
