After several different HVAC businesses came in to fix the problem, Emily from Cool Max came in and systematically diagnosed the issue and quickly fixed the problem. She was knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed the issue. She also looked over the system and ensured that it was in working order. Thank you Emily and Cool Max!!

Chris was soooo wonderful!!! I called the same day and was able to get him to come out. It was the end of the day and pouring down raining. He had to crawl through my basement, but he found what was wrong and fixed it immediately!!! I'll definitely be calling Cool Max again to set up a maintenance plan for my new house!

Emily Henderson from CoolMax came over to inspect my heat pump HVAC system and she was very professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. For that they receive five stars. However their quote to replace my indoor and outdoor units was disappointing, very high compared to the competition. So overall I'll give them four stars.

Excellent and professional service!

Our A/C compressor went out on July 4th in 95+ degree temperatures. With few options for same day service due to the Holiday, it was surprising Cool Max could come out on such short notice.

Manuel was at our house within 2 hours and professionally diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, after many diagnostical checks it was determined out fan motor had gone out $$$ ;(. Manuel quickly produced a reasonable quote and was able to fix it immediately after receiving our confirmation to proceed.

Despite the bad news of a bad fan motor, we were extremely pleased with the promptness and professionalism of Manuel... Especially on a Holiday.

I had the worst experience with just scheduling and I am glad I didn't use them for service I could just imagine how bad it would have been.
First they called told me they had someone then I called to get the dispatch number and I get a call an hour later and they said sorry we can't service you anymore and now its next day.

Horrible initial experience and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
