Angel S. team came out today, just a couple hours ago. All 3 were friendly and worked the entire time they came out! We were quoted about 1.5 hours for the job; it took 2.5. This did not impact the price. They all did an excellent job making sure all surfaces were cleaned and sanitized (deep clean package). We bought the house a year ago and the maintenance that we have done (chimney and septic tank) have shown us that the previous owner(s) neglected on maintenance, so we figured it would need a good run over. They stayed until it was clean, so we're grateful and have absolutely no problem giving them a thumbs up for future jobs and referrals (the house was cleaner when they left, not just the vents). For the owner of AAE, Angel S and his team earned their Christmas bonus! Professional, worked fast, and did a great job - plus, they didn't have a problem with me hanging over their shoulders the whole time!

Very professional, good quality, knowledgeable. I used this company's general cleaning air duct service for a three-story 1 HVAC home and was very impressed with the results. I was able to schedule several days in advance, was provided email and phone call appointment notifications, and the technicians arrived on time and were polite and answered any questions I had. They vacuumed the areas around the vents after they were done with the duct cleaning. They did a phenomenal job and it took about an hour.

The technicians who came out were good and answered any questions. However they missed 3 vents, I identified one and got them to comeback and clean. I identified 2 others couple days later and just let go. They need to be more professional and make sure they do a complete job.

All I can say is this company is awesome! Every employee that I met was not only professional but friendly and made you feel at ease knowing they were going to take care of you. They always stayed in contact throughout the whole cleaning process. They will make sure that your house air quality is 100%! I really enjoyed my experience with them, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

John and his team were amazing today! Very professional. He took the time to explain and show everything we needed to know about our unit and ducts. Would definitely recommend! Also, amazing prices for quality work!

Team came out (3) and got to work - was willing to answer questions and they worked solid for 3 hours on 2 systems in this recently purchased house. I don't think the ducts had been cleaned in several years. While here they installed 2 REME LED systems to purify the air. I had installed these before and think they were needed for this home. I was satisfied with the quality of the work and they definitely worked hard for several hours. I would recommend them. They definitely have an eye on system deficiencies and making sure everything is working correctly, clean and in working order.

Techs were professional and polite however, they forgot to turn my gas back on and re-light my pilot light, leaving me w/o heat. That Friday evening after they’d completed their service (which was quick & efficient), I noticed my heat wasn’t working and promptly left a VM for the office. I spoke to the receptionist the next day (Saturday morning) who did not empathize at all and merely said, “Well, we don’t work residential on weekends so we’ll try to have someone come out there Monday. Our techs do commercial properties only on weekends so we won’t send anyone to you until next week”. Unaware of what the problem actually was at this point, I felt that her lack of empathy for me going the wknd w/o heat and her additional desire to disrupt my work schedule another day was NOT how you conduct good business. I then called my father (a retired HVAC tech) who was livid and gave her a piece of his mind. While his yelling isn’t ideal (he did say it wasn’t directed towards her), it does get the job done. He told her that “if your techs don’t work weekends, then they don’t F-up during the week” (which makes sense to me). She called me back stating a tech would arrive later that afternoon to take a look. Bc of the time frame, my dad still had to drive an hour to come take a look for himself (disrupting important plans we’d made). Fortunately he was able to determine AND resolve the issue himself. We both called the company back as a courtesy (several times) to let them know their tech didn’t have to come out anymore and for their future knowledge, that they should have their techs check the gas/pilot light prior to leaving clients homes (if you turn it off, it only makes sense to turn it back on). To this day (a couple wks later), we have not gotten a call back, an apology or a thank you. A simple “Im sorry, how can we make this right?” goes a long way in customer service. Bc of all this, I’m giving one star.

UPDATE: since people wanna lie.. in response to the company’s response:
1. Emergency HVAC support was NOT offered until my dad called to complain.
2. Help was NEVER refused. I asked for help and was told to wait till Monday. My dad yelled- I got a call back and help was offered same day. I accepted. My dad fixed things and we called the company to let them know things were resolved.
3. All I was saying was that a little understanding, empathy and good customer service goes a long way!

The team arrived on a timely basis. They were respectful and professional. The work was done with the least disruption possible. Feedback on the condition of our duct work and HVAC system was given. We feel that we are assuring the excellent function of our HVAC. Thanks to the team.

Guys arrived promptly, were polite and friendly. Did a really professional job and took care whilst doing the job as I had so many cats running around. Amazing job done, did a couple of extra jobs which we are so happy we did. Could not have asked for a better company. If you want a job done really well please call them.

I really like Atlanta Air Experts. They come in with a great attitude. They explain everything of what they are doing. Very professional. Answered all my questions and made recommendations as what i needed. Didn't try to push anything off on me. I liked that. I would definitely use them again 👍
