Very dissatisfied and frustrated!Our whole house water purifier was installed by them around Nov. 2021. Sometime back it started to leak while emptying out. We called Ernest, he came by and looked at it. But he said he had no idea how to troubleshoot, but would find out by checking with people in his company and get back to us. But weeks have gone by and even after repeated calls/texts/messages, no response from him!! He should have at least called back and updated his status on this and said that he wouldn’t be able to fix this and that we should move on and find someone else. We would have understood. But definitely did not expect the silence for weeks when we have this big problem!
Also, it seems like a one man office and that’s a red flag when you’ve servicing issues.
So beware and watch out before you get anything done by this company.

I had someone come out for an AC tuneup and was given so much bad news. He was telling me all this stuff that wasn’t up to code and said he would need to knock the wall out to change my furnace.

Got a second opinion and they said they can remove and reinstall the furnace in pieces instead of knocking the wall out. I guess this company values their own convince over what’s best for the customer.

I've been using A&K for many years, first in Roswell, at my parents house, and now that I'm in my own place I have had them do my spring/fall tune ups and any repairs. They are always easy to make an appointment with, and they have never made a mistake on the job or in billing. Will continue to use them for man my years to come!

After having another AC service tell me I need a new system A&K was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less then five minutes. They clearly are experienced and honest business men. I would highly recommend that anyone who needs AC assistance lean on A&K to help.

I'm glad he saved me from getting robbed by a competitor. Our system is 20 years old and he was very honest about replacing it versus letting it ride out.

I had a fantastic experience working with Ernest. He came to my home on a Sunday since my air conditioning suddenly stopped cooling my home. He is a friendly, professional small business owner who treats his customers like he would his friends. He isn't about upselling services and equipment you don't need. Honest service done right the first time every time.

These guys totally saved me! I'm selling my house, got an offer, then I found out on Monday morning that a house inspection was happening Tuesday morning. So, naturally, on Monday afternoon my fat cat did sneak into the basement, sat on a duct pipe, knocked it loose from the ceiling, and the whole kit and kaboodle came crashing into the floor! Awesome.
I called around and these guys were the first who were willing to come that night. A nice guy showed up and did a terrific job putting the duct back. He made it far more secure than it had been before. Then he looked around and found several other places where my cats had done nefarious deeds. He got them all patched up quickly and thoroughly.
The inspection was very thorough, but no problems were found with the duct work at all! I got two follow-up calls from A&K in the following days just to check in and make sure things had gone well.
Overall, I had a great experience with this company. The prices were fair, the labor was well above par, and everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

If everyone on staff is as good as Earnest, then this may be one of the better companies in the area.
Came out to my house on a Sunday, Father's Day at that. Promptly.
Diagnosed the problem and was outta there in about an hour, house was cooling before he pulled out of the driveway.
He seemed genuinely concerned about fixing the problem and not rushing to sell a new unit like some of the other companies.
A & K is a good option for repairs and they'll likely be my first stop when it comes time to buy.

The service is really fantastic and impressive. I honestly couldn't have asked for more. Call today, response/schedule next day, find the issues and fix it right away or the next business day early in the morning! . ....I couldn't be happier with their performances. Mr. Craig and Chase are doing the very best job. They are professional, reliable, polite, and trustworthy. I'm glad I have them taking care of my HAVC.

Such a great experience! We found this company online and based on the overall Google rating, scheduled an appointment to see why our thermostat wasn't working. First impression was how personable the individual was answering the phone. Overall my husband was VERY pleased and it took no time at all to diagnose the problem and have our thermostat fixed.

We would highly recommend A&K Services... next step, getting setup for a maintanence agreement!!
