They told me when they would arrive and that is when they arrived. Surveyed the system and immediately discovered the problem. Got the part and installed it and ran a system check. All good. Total time to diagnose, get part, install, and test system was one hour. The system is only four years and I thought the part would be under warranty, it was NOT. Total cost $200 and one day to get the service call. Not bad. System is running fine.

On 4/10/23, Kevin came to service my a/c. I had spoken to the owner, Shane Biddy, about the system & he assured me that they "had freon drop ins" if the freon was low as R22 was discontinued. Kevin came through the side gate & as he turned the corner he stated "oh that's an old Concord notorious for leaks & problems. He was more than 15 feet from the unit so we were very surprised at the comment BEFORE he even touched our unit. This unit is only 8 years old, has never given us any problems & freezes us out of the house before the freon ran low. Kevin looked around for a few minutes & said we would need a new unit, BOTH a/c unit AND furnace. We had no problems whatsoever with the heat, always worked great. We wanted him to do the "freon drop ins" that the owner had told us about & he said "it would be $800 & it would just leak out". We told him that wasn't the average price per drop in that the owner had given us & he said "well I don't really know. After we felt like we couldn't get any solutions from him except a new unit, he said he would have the office call us to give us a price. As of today, almost a month later on May 4, 2023, we have had no follow up call from their office. Kevin said we owed $99 for a service call when there was no service, he did absolutely nothing. It was obvious that he was going to tell us we needed a new unit before he even touched our unit. Since then, a REPUTABLE company came out & said our unit was fine & did NOT need replacing. They put some kind of stop leak in it, added R22 & for $325 our a/c is back to freezing us out of the house. We were told a lot of companies still have R22 freon as they purchased in bulk before it was discontinued so if you have R22, call around. It may cost a little more but it's A LOT cheaper than a new unit.
BEWARE! This company only wants to install a new unit & charge you a fortune when your a/c is fine. You will notice that most of their reviews are for new units. When they come out, they do NOTHING but charge you a $99 service call fee. Additionally, they will not follow up with you at all. Don't walk, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They replaced one original Carrier system with a Trane, the other old Carrier was still fine. Put both systems on a maintenance contract. When 12/22 Arctic blast came the upstairs backup furnace heating system failed. I called, no answer, so I left voice mails until the voice mail was full. Sent emails, no reply. NO HEAT UPSTAIRS FOR WEEKS! Finally got through scheduled an appointment and no one showed. Got another HVAC company to come and fix the system. Leaves had been blown into the air intake pipe, fixed. Still trying to get a refund for my twice a year maintenance contract which they only did once. Same story, called them and explained the issue. Was told they would check into and call me back. NOTHING.

We purchased 2 new units for our home from Climate Solutions in Gainesville Georgia. We prepaid a service contract for 10 years with our new units. Currently we have been without heat for 6 days. I called on Monday for service (no on answered the phone until after 2pm, nor did they return my voice message). I was told someone would be out on Wednesday between 11am-1pm. No one showed up and I had to call them to confirm they were indeed not coming. After calling/messaging several times, I finally got in touch with Cory. He said he would send someone out Thursday (the next day). It is Friday and no one has come to fix anything and they haven't returned my calls or messages. This is horrible customer service. I prepaid for a service only to NOT get ANY service. They did not do what they said they were going to do and they won't return my calls or messages. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! EVER!

Wow!!! The folks at Climate Solutions were AMAZING!!! I will never use anyone else for HVAC again. They were very responsive to our call (answered on the first ring). Easy to book a convenient appointment. The technician, Cody, was punctual, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and respectful of my property. Their prices were extremely reasonable, easy payment process at point of service and we were even able to do a paperless invoice/receipt. Best of all, they are a local, family-owned business so they truly care about the quality of their work and customer service. Incredibly impressed!!

I have been with Climate Solutions for 5 years now, and they never disappoint. Anytime I had an issue, they responded to me quickly and remedied my issue. This is a first-class, very professional company. I highly recommend them!

I first chose Climate Solutions in 2018 to replace 2 AC systems for my house. They do a great job explaining the options and which they recommend. I had them replace my heat pump system this year (2022) as well. I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors. All of them report back that they are so happy with the price and professionalism you get with this great, local, family-owned company!

We were out of heat on the first cold nite of fall. We called Climate Solutions the next morning and they had a worker in our area. He was here fast. He had to go buy a part for our heater and came back and repaired it really fast. The young men were very nice and worked fast. So we had heat the next night.Very professional.

Kevin and Damon arrived on time and replaced my outdoor unit and coils. I highly recommend Kevin and Damon and Climate Solutions overall. Kevin and Damon are knowledgeable, professional, and diligent workers. The units were installed professionally and my AC is great now. Climate Solutions also communicated well and has a nice notification setup. I would work with them again!

I called when our AC went out (96 degrees outside!) and they sent someone out so fast. Cody was professional and so helpful. Within a little over an hour or AC was back running. I highly recommend them! I could not be happier with how fast and helpful and kind they were.
