Top notch. Ernest is responsive, on time and completely straightforward with you about what you need to repair your air conditioning and was very reasonable when it comes to price. It's so refreshing when someone serves the customer with such integrity. I highly recommend A&K.

Mr Craig is a VERY trusted professional. We are loyal customers because he deals honestly and promptly. We began calling A & K (Ernest Craig) years ago, hoping to get a better price on replacing a unit. Mr. Craig diagnosed our problem differently, and he was right! We squeezed another 10 years out of the unit at very little maintenance cost. Yeah! We trust Mr. Craig. That's everything.

I called Ernest because the A/C was not cooling as well as past summers. He came out first thing the next morning. He walked me through the problem and my options. He addressed a leak, recharged the freon, and cleaned the coils. Its running much cooler now and the power bill came down. The price was fair and service was excellent. I highly recommend A & K Service.

They came on the same day when we called. We were having a horrible leaking problem and not only that, he also pointed out the ladder to the attic needs to get replaces soon. But the best part, your getting amazing service with the price. I highly recommend you go with them!

I came from from a business trip late on a Thursday night ( 15Aug2019) to find My A/C was not working. Called A&K first thing Friday AM. They were able to come out in the afternoon to look at the unit and let me know in detail was was wrong and answered all my questions. The service was set up for Monday AM and they showed up early and were done by 1pm. Great service and friendly and happy to answer all questions up front and during the process.
