Told them not to come, wanted to charge me over $500 for replacing a fan capacitor, which took me 10 minutes to do myself. If they would have said: $200 I would had go for it, but $499+Capacitor+$149.99 for being after hours was a ridiculous amount of money. Thanks God my neighbor had an extra capacitor and I fixed it myself.

Kennon was fast reliable and professional. I had previously used another service who had some unfortunate circumstances and could not finish the job. Kennon not only finished the job but came prepared with all the parts and did the job right the first time. I am very pleased and happy with them and the services provided. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and my entire family. While I hope no more AC issues ever come up, if they do I know exactly who I’m calling!

KENNON AC personnel were ALL EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALS from the phone receptionist, to CLINT the service tech (who came out for initial estimate) and the actual AC installers! They keep me posted with information and was timely ALL on appointments! After AC install was completed CLINT came back out to do a quality control inspection. WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT?? 5 STAR REVIEW FROM THIS HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!
