Aire Serv has been servicing my home's HVAC systems for almost two years. After calling other companies out and not being happy with their service and recommendation (they said just buy new systems), Aire Serv repaired my existing system and keeps it running smoothly until I'm ready to buy new. Most recently, Jonathan Hernandez came out for my semi-annual furnace inspection. He found an issue that would have resulted in my loosing heat, and made a simple inexpensive repair that should get me through the winter. Jonathan is very professional and thorough. He explained everything he did in terms that I could understand. I highly recommend Aire Serv and Jonathan.

I had a incomplete and incorrect furnace installation attempted by a different contractor. Aire Serv were able to come in and correct the mistakes made by the previous contractor and finish up the job correctly.
I spoke with someone around 8:30 am/9:00 am am this morning, and the technician, Cameron was out by 10:30 am and done by 12:00 pm. He trouble shot everything and walked me through all the repairs that he had made. Everything looks great, but most importantly is up and running with little to no inconvenience on my part. I am grateful for them and the piece of mind they provided with a job well done!

I hate to give bad reviews, but I have no choice. They came out to me and said I needed Freon. So then the unit froze again. Then they came back out and said it was the wiring. Then it failed again, then they came back out and said I needed a brand new unit. I paid them $1100 to fix nothing! Save yourself the heartache and go with someone else. These guys are not knowledgeable about A/C and I am so furious because I wasted my money on these guys. I believe that they should be reimbursing me half my money for wasting my time. Now I have to pay someone else to come out and fix an issue that they were supposed to fix or see the first time. Horrible work ethic!!!!! The lady is nice and tried hard to make things right but these people know nothing about A/C and has wasted my time!

Our technician Anthony did an amazing job in evaluating and explaining the problem with our current AC unit. He was able to spend time with us and explain the options we have for restoring cool air to our home. He returned a day later with another associate to fix the problem in a timely manner. We'vd been cool ever since. I totally recommend this company for their responsiveness and the high quality service they offered. Thanks again Anthony and Stat Cool Heating & Cooling.

I called late at night when I realized we had an issue and an actual person answered. He was able to fit me in for an early service visit the next day. Anthony was here the next morning right on time! He identified the issue quickly and was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. After he fixed it, the AC started working again right away! Cool air never felt so good. They sent many text updates pre and post the service visit which was also very convenient. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service for their heating/cooling systems. Best service experience I've had in awhile.

Doug was amazing to work with. He was extremely patient and listened to all of my questions and helped me make an informed decision on purchasing my new heating and cooling units. He made sure I had every option possible and gave me the pro's and con's of each. No pressure, just excellent customer service! Additionally, he was able to get my units installed the following morning before I got my kids back to ensure that I would have proper heating with the below freezing temps outside.
