Aire Serv of Suwanee

Came to check my heating and air which I thought was a great idea. It was already barely responsive to the thermostats as it was then they charged me over $300 to help fix some problems and now it seems like the cool air isn't working so I will be calling back to have them fix it. Now it's worse than it was before they came.

I can’t rave enough about Darrell the installer. He was so professional and on time, was extremely polite and worked diligently to get my unit installed. I can’t thank Ben and his crew for being so professional.

They were super responsive, very professional and did an amazing job servicing my HVAC systems. Would highly recommend!!

Great HVAC company, hands down the best I’ve dealt with. Honest , on time , knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

UPDATE: My water heater and Expansion Tank recently went out and I called Air-Serve Suwanee in a panic at 8:00 am on the nose. Anthony came out within a couple of hours that same day and by 5:00 pm we had a new water heater up and ready to use. Once again we received excellent service and Anthony always exhibits top notch professionalism when educating us on our new systems. Thank you Air Serve Suwanee for restoring my faith in the service industry! You are greatly appreciated.

Purchased a new heating and cooling system for our home. The service was exceptional from Anthony coming out and explaining all of my options to me to the guys that did the install, Kindred and Michael. Great company to use to install your System
Very professional showed up on time did a good job .

Poor communication and lack of knowledge. I had a technician come out to my house supposedly fixed the issues and replaced the thermostat after I told him what wasn’t working outside and when he left. it still wasn’t working that night. I Had to wait another two days for the same guy to come out to still not be able to fix the issue and just throw various parts at the unit. Had to call back a third time to be told a supervisor has to come out and that someone would come out that same day and no one ever showed up. Called again now for the fourth time that late afternoon and the on call technician was notified and once again no one showed up or called me. So now it’s almost a week with no heat and still don’t have a day and time when someone is coming. would not recommend to anyone!! hire someone who cares about your well being cause this company does not. of course now that it’s a weekend to they’re all off and no one answer the phone while I’m still left with no heat.

This was one of those rare win-win situations...and there aren't many of those involving solutions to HVAC problems. Highly recommended!!!

These guys are the real deal!!! They Replaced my whole Hvac System in hours very polite,professional and the price was thousands less then the other companies that came out!

Professional and courteous. Good value for the quality work. They even replaced my old thermostat with Google Nest thermostat at no additional charge .
