Great communication. Very knowledgeable and gave different options to choose from. Great value in their maintenance contracts, got my systems on annual maintenance schedule with Stay Cool.

Anthony was wonderful. Stay Cool waived the weekend fee and charged us the Monday through Friday charge. They are awesome!

Don't use this ripoff company.. On the coldest nights of the year..they did a diagnostic check..charged me 85.bucks and said it was fine 10 minutes after they left it stopped working..they came back..did something else said its good..exact same thing happened again..three times they came.. So why didn't you find the problem when you charged me for a diagnostic test? Terrible service

These guys were awesome. They were contracted through American Home Shield, who is pretty infamous for sending out some dicey contractors. They're very hit or miss. But Stay Cool hit it out the park. They were very straightforward and knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The experience is top of the notch and can recommend Aire-Serv anytime any day.

Still waiting for them to come and complete the repair on our heat. When we can they say hold on them hang up or day I'll call you right back. We are freaking cold. Do your job!! Would not recommend

My HVAC and smart thermostat were off when I got home, and after calling Stay Cool, they had a tech at the house within a few hours. He was able to diagnose the problem, patch it, and give me a few options to consider. Would definitely recommend.
