Total Services Heating and Air Conditioning

I want to know who in there right mind would give this company less than a 5 I would go higher but I can’t. I know whoever is reading this don’t know me but trust me I am big with professionalism, quality and I will pay for this .. this company is by far the standard for witch to grade off of. Pick these people and I say again pick these people .. it’s sad because someone isn’t going to take my words serious and loose out on an excellent company that will go far beyond to make sure things are correct. Travis INC I look forward to seeing you guys . JD and Kevin rock .. give them a raise seriously ... I’m serious good employees are worth the small amount of a raise .. and I speak from experience... keep up the great work Total heating and air. 👍

Josh and josh performed with knowledge and experience. They explained what was wrong and what was needed to bring my system back to full operation . Also, they were curdious and well spoken. There task was completed in a timely manner and left me very happy with the work. Plus, the price was reasonable.

Arrived in the A.M. and were finished by approximately 2:30 P.M. replacing 2 outside compressors and ac units located in attic. Hot and cramped attic but they worked steady and with a smile and GREAT attitudes. Called when headed my way. They covered floor with tarps. When job completed they cleaned up everything. They explained use of thermostats and left warranties. They even tried to make friends with my very territorial dog. Great experience and now house is nice and cold. They were awesome!

I have never been this satisfied and happy with any type of repair or replacement, as I am with what TOTAL SERVICES HVAC accomplished in just a couple of days! I already passed on all their info to a family member who has rentals; because she was not satisfied with her last HVAC repair someone else had done! I actually got TOTAL SERVICES HVAC phone # from my sister! So... Yes I do recommend them! They were immediate, well versed, efficient and kept me up to date on what they would do and when they would do it and be finished! From my initial phone call for an estimate to my actually having AC was just under 3 business days! Yes I absolutely would use them as well as referring them to anyone I know! Thank you TOTAL SERVICES HVAC! Your team was impeccable! I feel like you saved my life! Savannah, GA without AC is miserable!

Josh was friendly, professional, understand of the need to get to a/c fix promptly due to Mrs. Dowd having surgery in a week. He assure me that he would he even work the weekend to get it done, This is great service. This is my second time using your company and I continue to use your company in the future and would recommend to anyone.

My ac unit went out in the middle of July, they were able to come out that day and literally took just a few minutes to fix the problem. We had Travis, who was very pleasant and for working out in the heat had a great attitude. The price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them!!!!!!

Josh and Brent were great and very knowledgeable. There office staff is always friendly and helpful with emergencies and regular maintenance appointments. They also work with home warranty companies (Old Republic) which has help with a recent needed repair! We thank you so much!!

I woke up and found that my unit was not cooling. I called Total Services and they were out here in no time. Can't say enough about the technician, Josh, he was professional and called when he was on the way and fixed the issue. Will recommend this company in the future. Well done!

Extremely happy with Total Services!
My A/C went out this morning. Through word of mouth I found out about Total Services. They were here to check the unit within a couple of hours and had it fixed within 15mins.
The cost was fair and affordable and the service was great! Will do business with them again.
