Total Services Heating and Air Conditioning

When I moved to this area a few years ago my real estate agent suggested Total Services Heating & Air Conditioning to service and maintain my HVAC systems. They have always been friendly, quick to respond, prompt, fair, knowledgeable, honest and thorough. Last year I had to replace my air conditioner and TSHAC recommended one, answered all my questions, provided a quote and installed it immediately. The installation crew was professional, completing the work on time and leaving the work areas clean.
Recently I had out-of-town guests and we spent the day at the beach. When we got home the A.C. was not running. I called TSHAC and Travis answered. He told me he would have someone here to fix the problem right away. Ten minutes later Josh arrived and had the problem identified and resolved within another 10 minutes. I wasn't surprised at the level of service, having worked with them before, but I was relieved and delighted that even after hours they were there when they were needed and were kind and understanding of the situation. Having been involved in the HVAC industry for over 20 years, I give them 2 thumbs up, 5 stars and 1000 kudos along with my full recommendation. Thank you Lisa, Travis and Josh!

JD and Cavin were the ones to install my new system. They were very polite and friendly. I was very pleased with how they kept me posted on their progress. I would recommend Total Services to anyone having A/C issues.

I messaged this business through their "Contact" page on their business website, but didn't hear back for a few days, and when Google asked for a review, I negligently clicked the "2 stars" (Disliked) button instead of "4 stars" (Liked). Someone did finally email me after the unintentionally negative review posted to Google Maps/Reviews, and they appear genuinely concerned about representing themselves well to the community. Looking forward to working with them, but I would definitely suggest sending emails to them directly or contacting via phone, rather than using the web Contact page.

Cavin & JD were professional, timely and did a great job making sure our HVAC/Heating system were working properly. They made sure they cleaned up also. I highly recommend Total Services for any and all heating and cooling needs!

Total Services is the total package. Travis and Josh diagnosed our HVAC trouble, ordered the part & fixed it within 48 hours. The price was fair and the work superb. Highly recommend!

Honest and great work. 2-3 weeks ago we had southern comfort heating and air come out and the house wasn’t cooling down they hooked up the hoses to check refrigerant and they said levels were fine and no leak and that it’s just hot outside and needed new insulation. Got home yesterday compressor and coils covered In ice temp inside house was 83 degrees. Called southern comfort asked them to come back out please cause something was definitely wrong and they said they couldn’t make it back out til next Wednesday august the 12th. Got ahold of my neighbor and he gave me his contact that he uses for his AC got ahold of Travis he had some come out first thing this morning. Refrigerant was way low and a leak was detected. Definitely would not recommend southern comfort heating and air, very disrespectful company. Highly recommend Travis and his company Total services heating and high.

Love this company. There’s nothing worse than your AC going out unexpectedly during the Savannah summer, but they’ll have you up and running in no time. Great techs and wonderful staff. I highly recommend their service contract. Well worth it.

On Tuesday June 14th at 4:00 p.m. my air conditioning stopped working and was no longer blowing cold air. I called Total Services at 5:00 p.m. and was told that Josh was just finishing up a call and would be by me at 6:00. Josh called to confirm and was at my house at 6:00 p.m.. He diagnosed the problems, had the parts in his truck and added a pound of freon. The AC is cold again! This was my first time using Total Services and they will now be my regular HVAC company.
