This company is the best there is. We live in a newly built home and the company that installed the units did a terrible job. We have needed one repair after another. We've chosen Total to do the work and have not been disappointed once. All employees from office staff to maintenance people are wonderful. They come on time, stay until the issue is fixed and have a lot of compassion when delivering devastating news like... the compressor on a new unit is bad.
We now have a maintenance contract with Total, they come out and check our units twice a year. They keep track of when to schedule and come out as planned.
They really are the best. Sincerely appreciate finding a GREAT ac repair company.

They were phenomenal! I called at 8pm for an HVAC issue and they came before 9am the next morning. Speedy and knowledgeable! They fixed the issue in under an hour. Great pricing and customer service. I'll be contacting them for any future needs I have.

I have been using total services since they started and I have nothing but good things to say about the owners, and their workers! They are responsive, on time and they even stop to pet your dogs as they're coming in and out of the house! My latest call to them was because my new roof was being installed and they hit the coolant line and busted it. They(the roofing company) couldn't get an AC tech out for a few days but I called total services and they were here within two hrs. Had the issue fixed soon after that! If you ever need your ac/heating unit worked on or upkeep or anything they are the ones to call! I will never use anyone else as long as I'm in GA!!!

Josh Clark was very extensive in his knowledge of HVAC. I had my evap coils in my air handler replaced due to a leak, causing my lines to freeze up. Josh came out first and found the issue. He then came back to finish the job. He was very friendly and I would recommend him and Total Services Heating and Air to anyone needing work done to their HVAC system.
