Silas was thorough, professional, and polite. He gave me a call that he was on his way about 10 minutes before arrival. That gave me time to close our cat in the bedroom! He clearly explained what he had done with the unit - outside and in the attic. He explained how the next appointment would be scheduled in 6 months. We are relieved nothing was wrong -- but glad to know who to call if we need repairs. We will continue using Total Services for our repairs and our six months maintenance checkups!

This company continues to impress us. They are professional, prompt, and prepared. From the sweet, helpful lady in the office to Silas the tech who knew exactly what to do and had the part on his truck. They had us up an running 24 hours after we called and with in 20 minutes from when Silas arrived. They even had their phone number on the t-stat which is helpful when its hot and you don't want to fish for a phone number. Highly recommend them!

JOSH was excellent my air wasn’t working since I moved in!! I never heard the sound of air come through a vent until he came through!!! Most definitely will recommend him for any job ! It literally took him 5 mins to find the problem and fixed it right away. I no longer have sweats at night SHOUT OUT JOSH !! DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE HOW HAPPY I AM ! God Bless

On the recommendation of a neighbor I called Travis at total services when our AC unit broke. He came right over and discussed options and suggestions for our house. We had multiple other AC companies come and give estimates but Travis had the best prices and was upfront about everything. His employees showed up when they were scheduled and worked until the job was complete. I couldn’t be happier choosing total services for our AC needs. Highly recommend.

I have used Total Services now for 7 years. Absolutely the best service in town. Josh and Kirsten are the two people we typically work with and we could not ask for any better service. I can’t begin to express how impressed we are with the work performed by the Total Services team. Josh from Total Services was able to quickly and confidently diagnose and correct our HVAC problems after the large HVAC company (Ca…’s) who installed the system was incapable of doing so. We had our power go out the other night and our AC wouldn't kick back on. Another local company came out saying it was definitely our compressor, which would be $4500 to replace. Then the following morning called us back to try and convince us to just drop $8000 on a brand new system.

Silas came by and you could tell right away he was just a genuine person looking to do his job without tricks or gimmicks. He tested and replaced the capacitor (and even showed me how it wasn't working) all within a half hour of showing up our air was up and running again! This company made my day/week/month and I am so happy we went with them.

They send email reminders for scheduling my maintenance every six months. Silas was the technician who serviced my system this last time. He called me to let me know that he was about 30 minutes away and was right on time. He was professional and thorough to make sure that my HVAC was working properly.
