From the first moment that I met the staff, I knew that this was the company to replace my aging HVAC. I was given excellent information about the different systems they put in. I had estimates from other companies but decided to go with Total Services because of the professional, responsive manner in which they responded. The value was also outstanding. I found they were on time and worked until the system was up and running. The owner went out of his way to find a wall plate to match the paint on my walls to hold the thermostat. The system is quiet and seems very efficient. Thank you Total Services for the professional manner in which you handled this job.

The owner and staff are great. Our old unit did not work properly and they serviced the old unit on the spot, so it could still operate to the new unit arrived. They will go out of their way to help a customer.
My family would recommend this company and if there were more stars to give we would give them a 10 plus. Also rates are very reasonable.

Josh arrived on time, quickly evaluated the problem and laid out my options. He was patient while I consulted my family, and professionally tackled the repair to give me the best value to keep my system working as long as possible. This gives me time to consider a future system replacement without the pressure of no air conditioning. This was a great relief, and I would definitely recommend this company to a friend, based on the price, value, patience, and professionalism. Without a doubt we highly recommend Total Services. When you have a company that puts you first by being courteous, respectful, honest, and above all professional, it always leads to great service. A big plus for us, is that they are always helpful in their explanation, so that we will know and understand the services you are receiving.

I personally use Total Services for my home and also for our property management company. These guys are great! Appointments are promptly scheduled when work orders are submitted. Billing questions are quickly answered. They explain everything well so you get a full understanding of what is going on or needed. Their prices are fair and they are a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for HVAC or appliance needs!!!

They made the trip out to my home on a Saturday morning, Josh was extremely knowledgeable and was able to walk me through my units issue and recommend several tips moving forward. Travis and the entire Total Services Heating and Air Conditioning staff are a terrific company to do business with. They installed a new HVAC system, ducts and vents in our home. Travis took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. The installation was done as promised and the installers were friendly and professional. We had a question shortly after the installation and a technician was sent with no questions asked and he was able to ease our mind. I would highly recommend this company.

Travis has been servicing my AC units for 10+ years (different homes). I have always been extremely happy with their customer service as well as the care they provide to keep my unit working properly. Approximately two years ago we had to replace our AC unit and Total Services HVAC gave me the best price on the new unit. I would highly recommend Total Services HVAC and Travis’s team to anyone that needs their unit serviced or that is looking for a replacement unit.

Have to tell you we are very happy with the very fast response and complete service from Travis and crew, they all were very knowledgeable and efficient but also extremely courteous and caring about their surroundings. It was a very pleasant experience and especially with everything else we had going on since we also had a separate crew here doing a kitchen remodel and how your crew worked with everyone else involved.
