Certified has installed units on both my primary and rental property. He has also provided troubleshooting and minor repairs for me prior to the new installations. Always quick and professional. Prices are very reasonable. He has also provided advice and helped walk me through repairs I could do on my own. Very consumer friendly. Highly recommend.

After calling several HVAC companies in the area for annual maintenance, Certified had, by far, the best prices. But before I had a chance to set up for the annual maintenance, we had a problem with condensation leakage. I called and Darryl was able to come out the next day (fast!). He thoroughly inspected the unit until he narrowed down the problem and got it fixed. I could tell he is extremely knowledgeable and really cares to do a great job. In today's world where it is sometimes hard to find an honest professional who really cares, I am so glad we found Darryl at Certified!

Darryl was excellent. Fast! Fit me in his schedule at the last minute and kept me up to date on when he would arrive. Quick to diagnose and had the part available. I will use him again and refer anybody who needs AC work!

Darryl is one of the most honest and professional people I know. He is so good at what he does and he actually cares if he is giving you the correct information or not. Top Notch Owner - Darryl has done excellent work for me in the past. I've since moved out of state and he even walked me through an emergency last month on a Sunday. He was good enough to help me get an HVAC supply place to open on a Sunday, on a holiday weekend to help me! That says it all. Great guy and a better professional. Very professional, highly recommended! I was told by another company that my unit would have to be replaced. Called certified, Darryl came out and come to find out unit didn't have to be replaced and had very minamal expense for him to fix it.
