Total Services Heating and Air Conditioning

We were in the process of moving into our new home in Savannah when our ac unit failed. It was late in the day when I called Total Services. Travis was miles away but he came to the house and got the unit running again. We decided to replace the unit and used Total Services to do the job. It turned out not to be a typical job. The platform that the units were sitting on collapsed. Travis and his crew spent several hours rebuilding the platform’s substructure and got the units safely remounted and operational. They finished at 9:00 pm. I want to say that Travis, JD, Carin, and the other technicians did a terrific job dealing with a problem not anticipated. They demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, competence, and ingenuity while maintaining a sense of humor. They will be our go -to company in the future.

Replaced our 15+ year old A/C unit with a brand new one. Two service techs were sent out and had the old unit switched to new unit in no time! Our new unit is running excellent. My kids are running around in the house with sweatshirts and sweatpants complaining of how cold it is! The hubby & I are loving it. Very professional service! I’d never call anyone but Total Services.

I cannot be thankful enough for Total Services response time, professionalism, and trustworthy service. Another local repair company said my repair would be between $4,000 to $8,000 depending what route I wanted to take. I chose to get another opinion. As it turns out the actual problem was a $40 part which Total Services replaced immediatley and restored my heat. They just gained a life long customer.

Super quick and professional service. We called around 4 and we had a service technician by 530 or so. I don't know a thing about AC's so he could have easily raked me over the coals. But luckily it was an easy fix. Hopefully I don't have to but, if needed I will definitely give them a call again.

Had a fairly good experience with this company but I did have a scheduling problem that I wanted other folks to be aware of. Their process involves a confirmation call on the day, when they are on the way to your appointment. If you miss the call for any reason they will then skip you and go on to their next job.

It is understandable that they do this because they want to be efficient with their schedule, but I was unaware that I needed to be watching my phone 30 min before the start of their arrival window, and that if I missed the call they would just not come at all. So be prepared to watch your phone before your appointment, and if you miss the call for some reason, you will have to reschedule.

Had to call Total Services regarding a leak in ceiling that had developed on Friday. A different company had been "servicing" my unit. That company never returned my call. Travis came, assessed the issue, (which had apparently been developing over time and should have been noticed), explained it thoroughly, fixed the problem and was on his way within 1/2 hour. Will be calling them for my HVAC service needs. Very reasonably priced.

Our A/C stopped working around 4pm on a very hot Sunday afternoon. I called shortly after and they were at our house by 5:45, that was with 2 calls ahead of us. And we received a 30 min call from our tech Josh that he was on his way to us.
By 6 o’clock we were back to enjoying our cool home. And for a 1 year old and a very pregnant woman we are very appreciative!!! We will be using them again if the need should rise!
