My AC unit went out and I needed to replace it. I called total Services and within 2 days I had a new unit. They listened to what I was looking for and gave me options without trying to up sell me. The technician were punctual, polite, and updated me on their progress during the installation. This was an overall wonderful experience. They total services team made this stressful situation pleasant and easy.

Highly recommend as a very reliable and honest company. We’ve used their annual subscription for years to limp along our very old unit and technicians were always professional and knowledgeable. After our unit finally died, they helped us find a great deal for a new unit and installed it very quickly which made the whole process as painless as possible.

Excellent service by Cavin, JD and Travis. They did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system. We couldn't have been more pleased with their professionalism, work ethic and honesty. Something you don't see often enough with HVAC companies in Savannah. It was not an easy job and it was hot, but they made sure the system worked perfectly, cleaned up completely and took the time to make sure we understood how everything worked. We highly recommend them!!!

Josh was my tech and very awesome! Upfront with the issues and costs, and even helped sort out cheaper options. He went as far as laughing at my lame jokes for the entire duration of his visit - which might have sped up the process a little bit. But all in all great service and staff from the very first phone call to the initial visit. Set up for them to come every six months and tell me what I broke next!

Josh was fantastic at fixing our HVAC issues! They’re always professional, knowledgeable, willing to work into the evening to get your AC working again. Prices are fair, not like experiences I’ve had with some of the bigger companies

I give 10 STARS! I have only good things to say about this company! When my AC was acting up, I called and they were here within a few hours. Can't beat that service! They got my unit back up and running. I was afraid that I would need a new unit, but it was actually covered under warranty. They take the time to explain everything in detail. Even more impressive, when my dad's AC went out (He had suffered a stroke a few months prior and was bed ridden and in a neighboring city) on Memorial Day, I called them and they got out there immediately. That was such a relief. I'm a customer for life! I am so glad I found a company who is truthful and fair and values customer service! : )

Very friendly and helpful ladies on the phone and the guys that came out explained what was wrong with my heat pump. Some parts had to be ordered and as soon as the parts came in, they were out here installing them. Air works wonderfully.
Fully recommend Total Services to anyone in need of repair.

5 stars isn’t enough.... Total Services has been out to our home a few times and each time service beyond our expectations. Today they spent 5 hours here installing new units and the guys were so respectful and cleaned throughout the entire process. Thank you for the excellent service and customer care. You guys are truly amazing!
