Total Services Heating and Air Conditioning is the most professional service that we use. Yesterday was the second time using them to service and/or repair our HVAC unit. We were scheduled for 1-4 PM and Jason arrived well within the allotted time and was super nice and thorough. Jason was also very professional and knowledgeable while handling the issue immediately. We recently had Josh come out to service our split unit. We have a mushroom business and it is important that we are able to keep the growing environment cool which is not the easiest thing to do during summer in Savannah. We had a lot of spores building up on our coils which made it harder for our unit to cool. Josh deep cleaned everything and even took the time to show me how I could clean it myself as it's something I'll need to do somewhat frequently. Everyone from the ladies in the office, the techs and Travis the owner are very professional and helpful. We couldn't be happier by choosing Total Services. We highly recommend them.

Total Services replaced our 22 year old heat pump, and the new unit Travis helped us choose is awesome! It keeps the house a constant temperature and humidity and you can barely tell it’s running inside or outside! Cavin and JD did a great job installing, they cleaned up everything like they were never even here, and when they ran into a problem with the equipment Travis really went above and beyond the call to get us up and running the same day! Our HVAC system went down Sunday and by Friday we had a new system in place! from the moment I called and spoke with Lisa, who answered every question I asked, to Travis who came out and gave us estimates to fix the problems or replace our system the quality and realness was fantastic! They didn't try to up sell anything like most HVAC companies have done in the past. Even the installation was fast and efficient. The techs who came out even answered some of our questions and genuinely cared about giving us more knowledge for our system! Professional, kind, and efficient! We will be continuing to use them and refer out to anyone who needs help with HVACS!
