Gordon’s Heating and Air is awesome. They have installed 2 new units and multiple repairs over many years at my home and I have never been disappointed. They are punctual and trust worthy. Mike is always friendly and helpful. I would not trust anyone else for my heating and cooling needs!

We've had Gordon's service for years. They've replaced our unit, ran all new ductwork & grilles, had regular maintenance every 6 months. Denise is always friendly and helpful. Any technician we've had at the house was professional & knowledgeable. Communication is great for service & appointment reminders. Always been on time. Overall great service & great people.

This is our second time using Gordon’s. First, the receptionist is the sweetest southern woman to talk too. Mike was quick to figure out what was wrong with our unit. Then spent more time discussing our options to not only fix our problem but explain our options that long term will save us money.

This is our second time using Gordon's and they have been great both times! From the folks who answered the phone at the office, to the text message communications, to the technicians who came to our home...prompt, professional, courteous and respectful! Especially loved the text communications letting us know the technician was on his way and who it was that would be coming to our home.

They have always been very professional from the start of the call with Mrs Denise to the job being finished with Mike or any of the other guys. There employees have been with them along time. Excellent service! Gordon’s saved us this past summer when our A/C stopped working on an extremely hot day. They came the very same day and fixed the unit all in one visit! We were thrilled. We use them for maintenance to check our system twice a year.
