Gordons Heating and Air never ceases to amaze me! We use them on a lot of different jobs and I also use them at my personal home. They always show up and take care of business and they have taken care of issues with my own unit, as well. Their team is pleasant to deal with, polite, and they clean up after themselves! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great, local HVAC company that stands behind their work and product.

Emergency situation when the AC went out at night. We had to get our children out of the hot house because they didn't respond until the next day after it was called in 2-3 times because "Oh I'm sorry, I was asleep" was the reason given to my husband!! We never got a call that they arrived! The receptionist called my husband complaining and arguing with him about the guys having to wait 10-15 mins (in a cold blowing AC van in our driveway) while WE were in a 80°+ house with children all night!! The AC unit is outside the home all they needed to come inside was to see if it was blowing cold air. I purposely left the door unlocked for them! I called to understand the issue. She files off the handle and immediately starts arguing as I tried to explain that I called the emergency situation in to our landlord at 9:30 pm the previous night when the AC first went out.. she interrupts me saying "You don't make that call the *landlord name* does!" Very unprofessional and senseless!! Find someone else to answer the phone because she's bad for business.

**Update: the new receptionist they have now is a sweetheart!!

Denise did a great job guiding us through the process. The installation crew arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. They delivered what they promised.

I have done business prior to the last with Gordons HVAC. They are as a group, the best I've ever could have hoped for. Hard working, very knowledgeable, and detail oriented. I give them many Thanks for a job WELL DONE. Complete removal and reinstall of new system .
