We are proud to say, Shane Sr. Installed our first air unit and 17 years later Shane Jr. has installed our second unit and we couldn’t be more pleased! With Shane’s help, we made the decision to go with Bryant and the RUMI air purifier system and so happy we did! It has made such a difference in our air quality and the air is so crisp and clean which is a plus when you have a dog that sheds like mine! You can’t go wrong with Gordon’s heating and air! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and a trustworthy down to earth quality service! Thank you Shane Sr, Shane Jr., Seth, and Ryan for all your hard work!

Where to begin... five weeks ago our HVAC went caput. I called a local company (not Gordon’s - I meant to call them but I accidentally called another “G” company and noticed my mistake when the truck showed up - I was hot and it was late). That technician said we had a small hole somewhere that he couldn’t find and all our Freon had leaked out. He told us we should refill it and then call the home warranty company to have them investigate further because it will probably be a BIG problem in the future. He refilled our Freon to the tune of $500. But didn’t put some kind of sealant on it so within two days the Freon was gone again. We contacted the warranty company that day. They sent some other company to our house (again NOT gordons). That tech said we needed a whole new unit. He spent FIVE hours here. I even fed him dinner. The home warranty company and that HVAC company went back and fourth regarding what needed to be done FOR A MONTH! FOUR WEEKS!! mind you it’s 100 degrees in Savannah andddd we have four small children. They were trying to charge us $7500. Finally we said screw it and called Gordon’s. They came out and found the “leak” within 30 minutes. They welded it and refilled the Freon for under $500!!! Call Gordon’s first EVERY TIME!! I am so mad at myself for not calling them five weeks ago. They really are the BEST around!! Great customer service. Awesome reliability. Friendly staff. Great communication. We will never use anyone else again.
