We chose to go with this company because of the 5 star reviews. So happy we did! Such a fast smooth fix, at a very reasonable cost. We had a wonderful experience after having 2 bad ones.. Everyone that I spoke with was professional and very kind. We will be repeat customers and will certainly recommend them to others.

Gordon's Heating & Air is a great company. Have been using them for years now. Our outer ac unit went out Tuesday night and Mike T. called in less than thirty minutes after I called after hours. He came out the next day at the time he said he would, checked the ac and diagnosed the problem. The ac was shot and we needed a new one. We were approved for financing but had to come up with the difference in the overage of what we were approved for. We could not get the difference and Mike found a way to save us money. He got us a new outer unit that would be compatible with the inner unit and saved us $800.00. He is awesome, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The office staff is awesome too. I spoke with Denise and she is very sweet and kind. She was also a big help. We will continue to use them.

Very professional and always on time. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I've had. I'm happy with my new system. My electric bill even went down a little. : ) Always great to deal with. They are a home town business with integrity!

Highly recommend theses guys for AC service. Called at the very end of a business day and they were able to get someone out before lunch the very next day. The technician was extremely nice and informative on what went wrong and what they did to fix the issue. I found them based off of reviews so I hope this helps someone else make the right choice on who services their equipment. I won't be calling anyone else, very thankful and satisfied!
