Don't waste your time calling another company. These people get 5 stars for a reason. Denise, who answered the phone was very friendly and Mike was the tech who fixed our issue. He is amazing. We always try to find the best in every service. Having just moved here 5 days ago we're happy to have found the best in HVAC.

I called in due to an overflowing pan in my attic causing water damage to my sheetrock and floors. I received a confirmation text that introduced my tech with his photo before he arrived. Michael explained every step of his diagnostic and repair procedure(s). He was thorough, clean, efficient and the owner even dropped by to deliver a part Michael needed to complete his work order. I am very impressed with the service and thankful for the experience. As a contractor myself, it is easy to see when other trades know what they're doing and these guys are great! I called Gordon’s because our AC wasn’t working. They made an appointment with me on that call and came the next day. They installed a new thermostat and cleared the drain lines and got us back up and running quickly. Very affordable. Outstanding customer service. Excellent communication. HIGHLY recommend!
