They came to repair a leaking component in my HVAC and broke my condenser during their visit. They denied it was their fault and tried convincing me it was just a coincidence. They proceeded to charge me an additional $1500 to repair the condenser, which they broke. Another dishonest HVAC company that tries to scam residents...

As a loyal customer of over 7+ years, I felt compelled to write a review of my experiences with Gordon's Heating and Air. They have been one of the best service companies that i have ever used on my home. I have owned 4 homes over the past 19 years. From Va to Ga and Gordon's heating and air has the best team that I've ever worked with. Today they installed my new Bryant Heat Pump and the service that I received was unbelievable and I just had to share. They brought in 3 team member: Shane Jr, Seth and Sage to remove my existing unit and install a new one. They came in and were actually here earlier than I had planned, put drop cloths throughout my home and went to work. Shortly after they started they had 2 other members Mr. Shane (owner) and Mr. Robbie come help to complete the job. They were done a lot faster than I anticipated. I have been so pleased with them over the years that I constantly refer them to my current and past client, and I think you will as well.
