I went through my warranty company and was assigned this company. After not repairing the system the first time, and having been spoken to in a completely unprofessional manner, I had to request a new company as I did not feel comfortable having this man in my home. I manage 7 condo buildings and 16 vacation rentals. I’ve never been spoken to the way this man spoke to me.
