Absolutely amazing group of people and their customer service is outstanding! I want to especially Thank, Jeremy, Brent, Dave and J Willy!! They all answered any question I had and was on time for all appointments. The ladies in the office were also amazing with all the information they supplied and always answering questions. Hands down, one of the best companies I have ever worked with!!!

I am so thankful and completely satisfied with Gene Thompson and his team at Georgetown Advantage Air. I had lost confidence in our previous HVAC service, and heard the radio commercials for Georgetown Advantage Air and gave them a call. Gene has earned my trust, confidence and business. He saved us nearly $800 compared to the estimate from the other company, and we were supposed to be getting a discount from the other company by being members of their club as well as supposedly being told we were getting half of the Freon at no charge. I will be calling Gene Thompson and his team at Georgetown Advantage Air for all of my HVAC needs.

Drain trap started leaking into the ceiling due to cold weather during the winter. They were at my house within 30 minutes of the phone call to help fix.

After hours call Gene the owner was terrific. Extremely courteous and friendly, really can’t stress that enough. Also had my unit installed by Georgetown advantage air and the installation went great. Cheapest place I could find with my installation and quality work. 1st call on the unit 3 years later minor problem with drainage which was promptly fixed.

I had a very rude interaction with Morgan when they answered the phone. I’m not sure if they had a rough morning but hanging up on someone is not acceptable…ever.

I didn’t call in regards to a company, it’s for my personal residence. Once again, I am addressing the very forward and rude tone that I have received with while dealing with your team. If another company and myself is experiencing the same mistreatment or unkind behavior from your company then that shows a common trend within your company. I’m not sure who you’re addressing in your response but sadly for you, it’s not me. You have been mistaken. So I do not and will not owe your team an apology. That request is entitled and embarrassing since you’re incorrectly responding to the wrong person. Your response ironically shows how very unprofessional and rude you can behave. Please stop being passive aggressive towards individuals that are seeking your services. I feel bad for the individual’s superior that you called. You’re unprofessionalism will cause that employee issues within their company because of your behavior.

I am a new customer with Georgetown Advantage Air having my first maintenance check in the spring. The company came HIGHLY recommended by family and friends. This week I had to call for an A/C issue after hours. The OWNER returned my call and came out within the hour. The problem was diagnosed and corrected within 30 minutes. I will continue to do business with this company and would recommend others do as well.

The owner, Gene, and another guy( I didn't catch his name) came out to my house after normal hours to fix my air conditioner. I was really glad to be able to get someone to accommodate my schedule since I work kinda late out of town. They were very nice and I felt like the cost was very reasonable. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I feel like they are not crooks like some companies are. I definitely recommend them for sure. They will be real with you which is very important. I’d give Gene 10 stars if I could. I’ve used Georgetown Advantage Air 2 times in the past month for unrelated issues and on both occasions Gene came out promptly and fixed the issues. He even calls back to check if everything is working after. He offered to come out after hours but I waited until the next day and he fit me in during a busy time. Wouldn’t use anyone else!!!!

I called late on Christmas day and got a hold of Gene, and he came to my house very quickly.he was super friendly and explained what was wrong and fixed it . Very reasonable prices and definitely recommend .
