When we needed service on our central A/C in early June 2010, Wiggins came out, eventually, looked at the unit for about 3 minutes, used my hose to spray the compressor down, told me that "the entire system" needed to be re-done, and charged me $59. They were here precisely 21 minutes. When pressed, they told me that I would receive a written estimate of what it would cost to make the system right. That was 13 days ago. Repeated phone calls have resulted in no response -- AND they are still sending me a bill for $59 -- that I paid directly to their service guy when he was here.
I don't think these guys actually work on air conditioners -- they just hose 'em down and charge $180 per hour for the fun of it.
