Great local company that beats the big guys hands down.
I've had them complete a few jobs for me and they have always been the best.

Cody did a wonderful job. Very efficient and polite. He has serviced our home before and performed his task just as well.

I feel the company has excellent service. I'm not sure about the pricing because i didn't shop them. They didn't give me any crap about my unit being 26 years order and just fixed the problem. It works fine now. From what I hear, a lot of A/C companies DO NOT like to work on really old units. My mom just used Dobbs to replace her unit and was very pleased also. They will defiantly be my first choice when i do replace the A/C unit.

Madison and Tracey were so kind and patient with me as I asked all of my questions about installing a new furnace. I was given a fantastic quote, and Brad did a great job of installing the furnace. The day after the installation, I was contacted to make sure everything was working properly or if they could help me in any way. Fantastic customer service—thank you!!

I have been working with Dobbs heating and air since 2009. It started with our Air conditioning going out in August. They resolved that for a weekend party we were having and we have not called anyone else since.
They have been wonderful to work with, easy to get a hold of, speak to and have always been timely.
They have done 2 major installations on a heating and air conditioner and tankless water heater. Both were done quickly and with plenty of information given. We also use them for yearly services. I highly recommend them.

On a Saturday, I was sitting outside on my back deck and noticed my Unit sounded funny. I went to inspect and found the fan not spinning. Turned off the unit and started it up to see if it fixed itself, unfortunately not. Looked up a heating and air in Douglasville, saw Dobbs and called them first. My only call. They picked up and sent Johnathan out. Called at 5:30, he was done at 6:45pm. They are affordable and awesome knowledge! Do yourself a favor and call them!

I can't believe I've never posted a Google Review for Keith and his employees! I highly recommend Dobbs Heating & Air. Keith came out to our house 3 times to help us understand our needs and ease our concerns about every aspect of our entire system upgrade to include ducting!!! (see picture below...that's what came out!) Since we had this done, it's been a year now, our home more comfortable and QUIETER and our monthly energy bills are lower...actually lower than we expected. Keith believes in superior customer service and not only does he stand behind the Train Product, his employees boast about it and working for the company. Please if you are looking for a 1st or 2nd or even 3rd quote/opinion consider Dobbs!!

Chris was very professional and courteous. He quickly assessed the issue and provided alternatives for the resolution. Based on my needs, we determined the best path and the issue was resolved today. I will definitely go back to Dobbs for future service.
