After spending $7000 on a new HVAC system and three return visits, these guys still cannot get my system operating properly. The AC would work but the heat would not, then the heat would work but the AC would not, now the system will not shut off even if set to the OFF position. It runs 24 hours a day resulting in an increase in my power bill over $100. And to make things worse, they charged me the last time they came out....I've had the new HVAC system for 6 months now and it has been a complete nightmare. I'm calling a different company to come audit the installation and get the system working properly.

**UPDATE** Had to call Coolray Heating and Air to come out and finally get my system working properly. They found two shorted wires which was causing the blower to run continuously and the electric heater strips to run continuously (even with the thermostat in the OFF setting). The electric heater strips ran for two months straight causing my electricity bill to be hundreds of dollars more than usual. It has been nearly a year since the original HVAC installation and I am just now getting the system working properly thanks to Coolray for fixing it. I wish I could leave a ZERO STAR REVIEW.
