We have used Dobbs for years. Always great service! Very responsive and professional. I have always felt they are honest and I trust their recommendations. I never feel as though they are upselling or trying to take advantage of our lack of knowledge about heating and air services.

Dobbs Heating and Air service call was great. They were able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday and provided the ability to track your service man to the door. Johnathen was GREAT! He went above and beyond with diagnosing and helping me understand the issue with my system. Two thumbs up.

It's extremely hard to find good quality companies that not only have knowledgeable and friendly customer service, but also punctual thorough and friendly technicians. Dobbs is ALL of that not to mention the great pricing. Brittany and Theresa were very patient attentive and sweet. Our technician Jonathen was so friendly honest and even did a last minute add on for us he also answered all of our questions thoroughly. We have found our go to contractor for all future HVAC services.

We were very pleased with the services we received this weekend. The technician was here when he said he would be and got our unit up and running promptly, while being very professional. Good way to go if AC repair is what you need.

The excellent experience started when we called Dobbs Heating and Air and Teresa answered the phone.
What a friendly, helpful, assisting and knowledgable lady.
Two days later we received outstanding service from Rob and his colleague who serviced and repaired our three units inside and outside the house. Shoes were covered when inside the house and masks were worn when close to us. Both gentlemen were always friendly, very, very helpful and knew what they were doing.

I could not be happier. This was a 5 star experience. In fact, I would give more stars, if I could.

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend Dobbs all the time! I had set up hose (had to attach two together) but he did not need it today. He offered to reset it on the holder. It's small things like that! Jonathan is very friendly. answers all questions, and is a pleasure to know.

We always get Johnathan on our tune ups and he does a great job. This company is super friendly and will come out quickly when you have a problem. We plan to continue our service with them as they are the only company we feel we can really trust to tell us exactly what's wrong and not just try to sell us un-needed services.

I always love doing business with Dobbs HVAC, they take good care of us and keep our home cooked and heated when needed. They can be thoroughly trusted as the owners are amazing people and the staff follows suit. We have been using them for years and the service has never wavered. You know who you can call for any HVAC needs as well as duct and vent needs.

Comfort care specialist Kahlil was professional, and helpful in answering questions. I felt like he was reasonable in any pricing information he gave and was excellent in explaining rationales about the problems with our AC. Unfortunately our AC needs to be replaced but again, Kahlil was helpful in giving us information on Dobbs’ options and opportunities. We have another appointment on Thursday to get pricing information for a new system. I’ll update this afterwards.
