Each time the maintenance crew has come to service my HVAC equipment, I have been thoroughly satisfied. The last time the service person came out, he sprayed the air conditioner to clean the debris from it. I have been very pleased with the expert service and their receptionists. The staff members have handled each of my concerns with courtesy and follow through.

All of their service technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.

What an amazing company! The condenser unit was leaking and it left quite a pool in the furnace room. One night without AC. We called Dobbs and they sent a technician the next day and he stayed for two hours. Cody was exceptional. Observed the unit while the AC was running and fixed the issue. House is cool and comfortable. The service is excellent and this company is outstanding. Keep it up, Dobbs! God bless!

We had a great experience with Dobbs Heating and Air, Inc. This startef with the individual that we scheduling the appointment with to the Service Technician that arrived at our house. Cody C. (Service Tech.) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough check on our unit and explained (& showed) in detail what he found and what were our options. We will definitely call Dobbs in the future and request Cody.

Bought a new home 5 years ago and from the moment we moved in, the spare bedrooms felt as though they were not getting any heat/air. I reported the issue to the HVAC team that installed the system and all they did was add a damper to help move air to the spare bedrooms, which ended up making all rooms (living room, kitchen, dinning and master) uncomfortable, so I asked them to come take the damper out. They refused, but said the will adjust it so that it would be like they never added it. Fast forward 5 years, I finally decided to address the issue. I thought I would have to start fresh with everything brand new, but turns out I just needed sufficient duct work, 3 additional returns, and some high velocity registers. Although not cheap, the spare bedrooms went from being unbearable to cold and it's the end of July; every room is very comfortable. It did take a couple of trips it get it going, but it's going!!!! When Keith came out to test the system before he gave his recommendations, it was blowing air (I think this is the correct terminology) at half capacity and and now it's at capacity and is efficient. I'm so overjoyed and feel like a miracle was just performed.

John came out today and he was great. John listened to my concerns and went straight to work very knowledgeable man. He heard my issues with keeping my home warm and getting my heat pump running. The diagnostic came back good and the reset of the system got me back up and running. I thank you so much. My folks will be warm again. I signed up for regular maintenance too cause I knew after communicating with John I can trust his work. He was honest. patient and experienced. Thanks again so much I sure do appreciate it. Dobbs is the best!!!!
