I highly recommend Ronald Smith Heating and Air. This is my second home I am using them to install a new system. They were fair with their price, showed up on time and finished the job in one day even staying until 7:00 to get it done. They were so professional and timely with their scheduling of the job too. And today that is a BIG deal!

The worst HVAC company in metro Atlanta. We recently found out that they hired a bunch of online promoters to constantly write all those 5-star reviews to deceive potential customers. Those reviews are too good to be true, based on our own horrible experience and several neighbors' experience with Ronald Smith Heating & Air.

In May of this year, they charged us $1263 to repair an A.C. condenser short to ground wire issue, which should cost no more than $90. In addition, they repeatedly lied about our 2 other A.C. systems, telling us that these 2 units are problematic and should be replaced with 2 new systems, even though our units are perfectly good and still 4 years old and still under warranty.

These so-called technicians including the manager are unethical crooks, always trying to take advantage of innocent customers!!

This company was very professional. Hanna and Chris was the best! From the time I called Hanna was on it! She got me on the schedule for the same day and continued to communicate with me throughout the day letting me know when the Technician was on his way. When Chris arrived he was very informative full of knowledge about my situation. He fixed the issue within a hour!!!! Other companies, claimed would take days to order the part and to be fixed and he did it in one day! The company prices was reasonable and I didn’t feel like they tried to rip me off like other companies. I would highly recommend them!!!! Great job guys!!!

They responded quickly to our request for service, unfortunately it had rained and a repair was unable to be completed same day, but they came back within 24 hours. Chris explained everything to me, got us running again and is a super nice guy.

Brad was the technician that came out to my house. He showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up. He got the job done very quickly. The price I was quoted was the price I got. There were no hidden fees. I would highly recommend them if you need any repairs done especially in an emergency situation.

This company mislead me, a disabled widow about what l was receiving when they installed a new A/C system for me. After spending thousands ofdollars l was informed l needed new equipment that would cost thousands of more dollars that l do not have. In this heat wave my health is in danger, as a matter of fact the technician almost passed out in my home. I called the company to see if anything could be done and they did not get back to me. I picked this company because my parents had used them in the past and l thought they were reputable. Big mistake. Ladies, take this from me, do your homework and make sure you understand what you are getting because you will get taken advantage of like l did. Costly lesson.
